Nick Ogden – Chief Executive
Nick Ogden has been at the forefront of financial services technology since 1985. In 1993, he founded Multi Media Investments Limited, a technology research and development company that brought the Internet to the Channel Islands through Interactive Telephony Ltd. This led to the construction of Europe's first on-line store in October 1994 and the development of one of the first bank-endorsed e-commerce initiatives BarclaySquare, in 1995.
Nick founded the multi-currency processor WorldPay and led the company through its growth to over 270 employees with 20,000 merchants in 120 countries and processing transactions in excess of $2bn per annum. He invented the internet payment guarantee in 2001 guaranteeing Internet transactions for consumers and businesses. WorldPay was sold to the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2000.
Nick was a finalist in the UK Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2000 and 2002. In 2004 Nick was selected as part of the “Internet Decade", an event organised to recognise the contribution of around 100 individuals for their input and influence on the development and growth of e-commerce and the internet in the UK over the previous ten years and was nominated for the Computer World Global IT Leaders award in 2006.
Nick is currently Chairman and Chief Executive of The Voice Commerce Group Limited and Chief Executive of Voice Pay Limited.

Peter Teague, Chief Financial Officer
Peter has senior level experience in the IT software and services and telecoms sectors working for AT&T and in the media industry having run the BBC's commercial publishing business in the UK .
Peter is a graduate and is a qualified chartered accountant, and holds a number of non-executive appointments.
Jo Ogden, Director.
Jo is the cofounder of the company. After graduating in 1993 from University she worked in sales for a Japanese manufacturing company in the UK . In early 1996 she joined corporate sales at a subsidiary of Demon Internet and then moved to a web development company, Motiv Systems. In 1998 she joined WorldPay as Sales Manager based in Cambridge, UK. After 18 months in Europe she became key in WorldPay's global expansion taking on full responsibility for the Asia Pacific region. Jo opened the WorldPay Centre in Singapore in June 2000 with a multi-lingual call centre, technical support, sales and marketing, administration and finance functions.
Keith Martin, Development Director
Keith has worked in software development for 18 years and has worked with Nick Ogden since 1993. Keith has been involved in creating server software for internet based applications for the last 9 years, including the design and development of key elements of the WorldPay payment systems. Prior to that he has developed document and data archiving systems for a UK based PLC, and has also spent some time working in the computer games industry.
Andy O'Sullivan, Operations Director.
Andy began a career as a programmer with ITL in Jersey with Nick Ogden in 1996. This role later evolved to include management of the group's 30+ databases.
In 1999 Andy joined WorldPay's Development team in the UK . His duties and achievements included design and implementation of payment systems and fraud detection systems, administration and management of a distributed suite of database servers, as well as being the operations team representative in the Technical Architecture Committee.
Janaka Athukorala, Team Leader – Dubai Technology Centre.
Janaka joined On Instant, in 2003 upon the establishment of the Dubai Internet City Technology and R+D centre.
Previously he had worked for various software houses in USA and Sri Lanka , including Virtusa Cooperation (formerly known as Technology Providers) and Global Business Solutions
Janaka is a graduate from Moratuwa University, Sri Lanka with a BSc.(Eng.) in Computer Science and Engineering
